They truly value all of their subcontractors and their level of expertise. It is rare to work with a company and have them get back to you right away. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable and if they can't help you, they immediately get someone who can. We truly enjoy working with them and look forward to doing more work with this company in the future if possible.

MRS has shown professionalism on every aspect of the trades. Organization, Quality of work, timely completions of projects, Flexibility and corporation with customers and Trades. From Sub Contractors, employees and clientele, I personally have witnessed the integrity of this company. From Superintendents, Project Mangers, Financial and Office Personnel. They work as a team and bring a quality Product to the end user.

We have been working with Mrs as a drywall contractor since 2008, and have completed many projects for all the pms. We have no complaints, sometimes the payments are delayed : slow, but every client pays the Gc at their pace and isn’t the same. The main fact is that they do pay, and will work with you. Eric Waaser, Doug Marion , Travis Jarrett, Travis and mike Swaim , Brian , Bryan m , all great guys to work with and do business. And to the person in the reviews below who said Rebecca Scott was rude , that is incorrect. She has always been extremely helpful processing our paperwork, change orders, payment progress, etc. Mrs is definitely a Gc you should add to your list to do business with! I get a contract with this company back in may, permit was pull, part of the jobs was performed,we removed of a/c units on Sunday and Monday morning units was removed from property and curbs was supply by customer and lifted to roof on Monday,Dan was on charge on this project but the guy can not keep schedule on time cuz roofer took 2 weeks to sign contract and another week to be on site,now there trying to blame me on delays cause by then ,as today no one single payment is made to me .2 draw was summit to this company and still waiting to get paid,now if you are in Florida and value your time and money do not sub contract part of work with this company refusing to pay,they do not answer the phone or email,5 below supply the curbs and now they said I put the wrong curbs on place,can you b

They are being difficult on releasing final payment for a project completed 4 months ago. They approve change orders then refuse to pay them.
