I suggest arriving on time to this car parking garage. Our experience was disappointing when we arrived an hour late and were told they were full, even though we had booked and paid through SpotHero, which promises to hold your spot even if you're running late. The parking attendent initially turned us away, but then said he saved the situation and said that he would somehow solve the problem and allowed us to leave the car there (I'm not sure where he parked our car without a parking spot though). The fact that they didn't honor our reserved spot despite our payment makes me inclined to park elsewhere next time. ⭐⭐⭐ and not zero stars only because the attendant was really helpful and solved the problem.
