Very rude lady, she couldn't answer any questions at all. I was made to feel that my inquiries weren't important enough. I was recommended by a dealership, not sure if she was having a off day looking at the other reviews.

Thank you to Alan and the other professionals at Manchester Safe and Lock. I arrived at their location with just pieces of my key which snapped in my lock. They were able to asses my problem quickly and provide me with a functioning set of keys. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fair priced.

I have always used them for any lock / safe needs..... Not anymore! I dropped off a Yale lock to be keyed from a chest my Father restored. I was told that I would get a call from, "the kid", letting me know if he could do it and the cost. I received one call from them, letting me know it was done and that it would be $65...... Now I had actually dialed a wrong number prior to bringing them my lock and apologized once I realized it wasn't them and said I wanted to use my local guy. They told me they would do it for $35, but I declined thinking my local guy wouldn't hose me. I guess I was wrong! When I spoke with, "the kid", on the phone, he told me that to replace that lock it would cost me about $1000 and if that other place wanted to do it for $35, than come pick it up and bring it to the

Allen (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and the team are the absolute best and turned what could of been a bad day into a relief. If your key snaps in half DO NOT GO TO BIG BOX HARDWARE THEY ARE CLUELESS. This is what customer service from people who care about their job and have clear knowledge and not just vending machines. They are amazing. They were able to get my Sentry safe open without issues. Apparently the latch became defective, preventing the safe to open. Very pleased with the service and prices are on point. Thank you.
