Contacted the company via phone call, shared what i needed to be done and provided information/pictures via email. Was given a rough estimate via email and decided to make the trip from over 40 miles away at 5am to meet at opening time 6am as suggested. I get there to learn that first of all they did not plan to receive my project when I explicitly requested and came to an agreement with them on a Monday drop off, and then to top it off the estimate was now double the original estimated price. Left and will not go back. Unprofessional, not considerate of customer time. Would not recommend.
