Mangum's Gallery of Floors

We loved every part of working with mangum’s for carpet in our house. Alan was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. He answered our millions of questions and really explained the differences in products beyond just appearance. They were incredibly communicative regarding scheduling and delivery. Tim did an EXCELLENT job of installation. We really could not be happier with the process or the final result!

From the showroom to the install, completely incredible. Alan and his office staff were professional and knowledgable; the product (carpet and luxury vinyl plank (LVP)) top notch; and the level of skill in which Carl (LVP install), Tim (carpet install), and their teams displayed during install.... 5 stars from beginning to end.

Alan Mangum is the nicest guy and really I shopped around for carpets and hardwood, he is competitively priced. He also was really the most knowledgeable about how carpet breathes and ages when we were worried about hvac / filtration issues in replacing our super old carpet. His installers are also top notch and professional, he's been working with them for years. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Mangum's. While I was in the showroom, they educated me on the different types of carpets so I could make an informed decision about my purchase. They also encouraged me to take samples home to see how they looked at different times of day and sunlight. Given the global supply chain issues, they also set expectations correctly for delivery times. The install team was fast, high quality and courteous. Later, I had a warranty issue (with the carpet, not the install) that was quickly resolved. I highly recommend Mangum's Gallery of Floors!
