I was very happy with this service! The team’s biggest strength is communication. Before, during, and after management will be in touch to make sure you’re satisfied with the service. There were a few times I was glad the person cleaning my apartment checked in to make sure he was on the right track as I had to be a little directive, but he took directions very well! Very reasonably priced and everyone was super polite. Apartment feels peaceful and clean which is just what I was looking for.

I want to give 0 star for an unprofessional service but there is no zero rating. The cleaning lady was applying wood product to my stone tiles causing irreparable damage, and using Clorox to clean the shower door left streaks. She absolutely had no knowledge of cleaning products and experience. The company first said they would issue a refund then offered partially refund. In the end, nothing. Sheridan and Ron both said would call me back regarding refund but never did. This is an untrustworthy company, using their service at your own peril.

Miss Sheridan's totally professional and quick response to my emergency cleaning need was what I needed. The apartment above had flooded me twice in one month (!) so I needed a complete closet cleanout. The technician India took out and wiped down every item in the pantry, washed all the shelves and floor, and then dried and out everything back. Then she cleaned up the kitchen and bathrooms and nearby floors. Im so relieved and will definitely be rebooking to start normal cleaning!
