Maggie is such a JOY to work with! Her cleaning crew is amazing, punctual, professional, trustworthy, polite - they work quickly and do a fantastic job. They always accommodate my requests and work with my schedule. I've been their client for many many years and I won't use anyone else!

Really shady. Maggie tried to renegotiate the price even after we had a written agreement, claiming she didn’t remember giving me the original price… despite putting it in writing. They then damaged a wall in my home and tried to cover it up by rearranging furniture. Maggie denied it up until I told them I have seen it on security camera footage. Even then she tried to make excuses for her team and say it doesn’t look that bad. I found the whole experience violating and insulting and I would never trust them in my home again.

My mother and I are moving into a new apartment which had some mess in it. I reached out to Manhattan Maid and spoke with Ms. Maggie, and she is one the kindest and friendliest people I have met! She was quick in getting us an appointment and breaking down what the clean would entail. She and the other cleaning ladies arrived and our apartment looks beautiful! I would absolutely hire them again to do cleaning, The crew got to working quickly, were very nice, and our new place feels like a home already. Thank you again!
