Manhattan parking garage

Do not park here. Parking attendant damaged my car and intentionally tried to hide it. When they returned my car to me, he drove it to the sidewalk and curb with the engine running and the driver side door open. I thought it was good service to get it ready for me like this, and didn't think anything of it, got in my car and drove home. Upon returning home, i noticed damage to the passenger side door so severe that I cannot open the door now. They will not take any responsibility for it. Very disappointing and upsetting. I feel taken advantage of.

Their website states the garage is open 24/7. The sign out front states garage is open 24/7. I made a reservation with a confirmation that stated: "Arrive after 9 PM." I arrived at 10:30 PM on Saturday, the door was closed, so I rang the bell. Multiple attendants came over. I showed them my paid reservation and he said they were closed. I was very polite and showed them both the website and pointed at their sign stating 24/7 operation. They were not so polite, telling me to go get a refund, they closed at 10 PM. I called Manhattan Parking Garage 3 times over 2 days and got no answer. I sent an email describing the situation and got no response. I completed their "satisfaction survey" and got no response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge who refunded it immediately

Found it on Spot Hero so the price was really good. They brought us the wrong car and seemed very confused. We had to describe the car and give make and model. The car was fine, no issues. It made us very anxious when they didn't know the cat when we had the parking pass.

Check the car before and after you park the car. You will definitely find a scratch or two starting from front fender to rear door.

Fast and convenient (I lost my ticket and had no issues getting my car back), but expensive. Use a parking app to get a coupon, it usually helps.
