On 5/24/24 my entire yard was newly sodded. On 5/30/24 Enrique, the owner and his son came to my home. The mission was to ensure that I had total water coverage over my new sod. They adjusted what needed to be adjusted and replaced five sprinkler heads to an already existing sprinkler system. Before they left, I was assured I had total coverage. On 7/12/2024 I had to have a patch of sod replaced at a cost of $100 because it wasn’t being watered properly, there was a dead spot as evidenced by the attached photo. I sent the pic via text to Enrique the same day. 24 hrs. later, NO REPLY, I was ignored. I then sent a second text spelling out what I expected from him, also evidenced by the attached text.
