This is an exceptional fencing company! Scott Mann, Jr and his team were installing a fence for a neighbor of mine and they did a great job. I, unfortunately, had a different fencing company install my fence and I was having trouble with it. I talked with Scott and his team when they were finished for the day to ask for help. Scott came over to fix the issues with my fence posts without hesitation and shared his knowledge of the fencing industry with me so I know what to look for. Not only did Scott not have to spend his time as I was not a customer of his, but he fixed it for free. The kindness that Scott and his team shared with me will make me a customer for life and I will continue to share his name with everyone I can. I used Mann Fence to install new black metal fencing at my home and they did a great job. Since then, I have used them as a subcontractor for my business for commercial grade chain-link and they again performed quality work.

Mann fencing has been around for many years and they are as good today as when they opened. Scott and his crew installed a black steel fence in my backyard- it’s a thing of beauty at a fraction of all other bids received. Due to rain we thought we would be delayed a couple of weeks, but he actually delivered the completed job a week early! Don’t wait- if you’re thinking about a fence give Scott Mann a call, todsy!

I truly wish I had encountered the professionalism some of the other reviewers rave about, but I did not. Scott Mann was impossible to get in touch with when our fence work was repeatedly delayed and then left unfinished for more than a week. He never returned calls or emails. If we hadn’t been in the middle of the fence job, we would have hired a different company. Lesson learned. PULLED DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE: “Treat every customer in a manner that will bring them back for their next fence requirement.” Too bad they don’t still believe in this. We will never use Mann Fence again.
