The technician tried couple of times to clear the drain problem in kitchen sink. Then, he needed to call the office and left. He did not come back. Received TXT messages and 'Job Done'. How UNRESPECFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE of him. I called the Mann Plumbing and manager tried to make it up (that is way I am giving them two stars). He did not clear the water (for five+ hours before another technician came by) under the kitchen , so the wooden floor got soaked and swollen (see the photo). At least I was getting $25 off out of $440 (seems like the water damage costs more then the plumbing job) Not sure why there are so many good reviews with this plumbing company, but my experience with this one is not good.

Unfortunately, a considerable waste of time and money. All started well. Contacting Mann Plumbing was easy and friendly, got an appointment scheduled for a consultation quickly. John, the president of the company, came by my site to survey the project the next day. It seemed like a pretty straight forward install. He even asked to come back on site the following week to get some measurements for the project. There were a few outstanding questions from our meetings and I asked John to connect with my architect to get answers. He never reached out to him. He never responded to my emails following up to check in on his status. He read my text messages, but didn't respond. After much follow up, I finally got a quote from him for the project. Repaired our water leak very quickly. They were quick to schedule, very organized and a pleasure to do business with. They responded to all my questions and concerns and were very well priced and professional. We had them repair our shower at the same time and they coordinated the repairs very efficiently. Awesome to find someone we could trust, who did a great job at a reasonable fee.

Carlos did a fabulous job. He went out two times looking for a part, found it and completed the job. He’s a good representative of your company. I called Friday and you quickly set up a Monday appointment. I will definitely use Mann again!!
