We had significant hail damage and a pending insurance claim. Both Brian McHenry and Brian Manning were outstanding. They handled everything with Allstate. They were responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the process. The initial estimate from Allstate was significantly under the amount needed to replace our roof — Manning Contractors were meticulous in ensuring the insurance company held up their end of the claim. I was amazed at the level of Manning Co’s experience and commitment in the entire process. In the end, I have a high quality roof (and gutter system) that will last a long time. I even felt satisfied with Allstate as they eventually completed the process/payout in good faith (due to the diligence of Manning).
