The concern stems from an improper installation that has not been addressed despite my FOUR calls to your team. It’s disappointing that no one took the time to come and inspect the installation or discuss our concerns without us needing to pay for a visit. From advice to taking care of the problem, Manny’s air came through. The staff is friendly and the techs are knowledgeable. I had a new unit installed and it all happened so smoothly. They really care about your experience and they proactively manage your units every year to ensure they continue to performing properly. Excellent service, fast response, great prices, trustworthy. Every person I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and even brought a portable a/c unit to help alleviate the heat while my unit was getting fixed. I will only be calling Manny's from now on!
