Manny’s Landscaping &Masonry Corp are listed on a list of reputable contractors that the Village of Croton Engineering Department maintains. My initial call to Manny’s was answered immediately. Date for inspection of the sidewalk that needed to be repaired (repair had been mandated by the village) was set. Throughout the process of I met with Wilmer from Manny’s several times. Wilmer was always early to the meeting, extremely clear on the scope and timeframe of the work and overall very very easy to do business with. The work has been completed. I’m happy and the village is happy as well. I’d give Manny’s and Wilmer 5 out of 5 stars. They will be my first call next time I need landscaping or masonry work done. P.S. There bid was the lowest out of three other local contractors.

I had long-term issues with water pooling on my driveway, which would freeze in the winter and create black ice. I contacted Manny’s Landscaping & Masonry Corp. and met with Wilmer, who quickly assessed the site, and within a few hours, I received a very detailed, easy-to-understand estimate. They started the work within a week. And communication was excellent throughout the project. The crew repaired the retaining wall, installed larger trench drains, adjusted the driveway elevations, and repaved. The work was professional, and they were on-site every day. The drainage works perfectly now, no more standing water, and the driveway looks great. Highly recommend Manny’s Landscaping & Masonry Corp.

UPDATE! We hired Manny’s again to replace a back deck to blend in with the beautiful landscaping project that they did for us a couple of years ago. We love it! We live in a turn-of-the-century stone cottage in Westchester. I sent them photos of decks that I liked and they created a custom design that blends perfectly with our house. The masonry work was extensive and they did an excellent job. We’re very happy with the price and the crew worked 24/7 in the worst heat of the summer to get it done in a few weeks. As with any project, we had a couple of unanticipated expenses but they were minimal and Wilmer communicated about it right away. All in they worked mostly within the original budget. Amazing company and overall experience! We needed to replace our crumbling stair and driveway, but were also looking to restore a retaining wall around our driveway. Got a few quotes, but Wilmer had prepared the more comprehensive plan and Manny's has great reviews - so I proceeded with them. We needed to do a few unique things to the retaining wall such as a drainage layer to keep the new stone in good condition on an old block wall. Wilmer and team were fantastic, and both the new driveway and the new stair/retaining wall were done with a lot of care and attention to detail. Would strongly recommend for any masonry work!

A++++++. We highly recommend manny’s landscaping and will definitely use them. Already have them lined up to do tree work, drainage, grading and masonry. We had an 1/8 of an acre of old growth bamboo (50 ft stalks that were four inches thick) and an another 1/8 acre that needed cleared and cleaned. Manny, Wilmer and his amazing team made it look easy (five dump truck runs later). Great work, great communication, reasonable rates. And incredibly nice too! Great local business!
