It was such a pleasure working with Rick. First and foremost he was thorough and made it clear from the beginning that he was working in our best interests, not the seller’s. He never made us feel like he was in a rush either. After spending nearly 4 hours on his own (2200 square foot home), he then took another hour to explain his findings and walk through the home with any questions we had. He also made a point to explain the regular maintenance that would be required. He didn’t sugar coat any of it, but he also found a way to be clear and honest without scaring a couple of first-time home buyers away.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I needed a home inspection and I didn’t know the first thing about it. Reading Rick’s credentials I decided to go with him. It was the best decision EVER!! Rick is a CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL hands down! He’s thorough, personable and most importantly HONEST. He’s going to tell you the real deal so that you can make a well informed decision about your home. I received my inspection report the next day. It was itemized and extremely detailed. He was extremely thorough with his report (which was extensive and turned over to us quickly) and gave me a call on his ride home from the inspection to discuss all pertinent details of the inspection, as my wife and I were unable to be present. Rick at Red Mill Home Inspections did a fantastic job identifying and explaining all of the pros and cons of the house in great, clear detail. His approach was friendly and informative and kept me at ease despite the acknowledgement of entering into buying an old home with problems.
