Best semi-annual maintenance visit in our 13 years at HB!!! Very thorough! Also brought up a new issue??? No electric heating after 68degrees??? Where did that come from ??? First technician to mention this??? Or have I not been listening correctly???

Couldn’t believe the rapid response, excellent service and reasonable charges. I called at 9:00 am, and was given a 1:00 pm appointment time. A really nice young serviceman arrived more than 3 hours EARLY. He diagnosed the problems, made the repairs, checked his work and took the time to explain everything to me. The reasonable charge was just icing on the cake! These Bouldin folks are really COOL!

Ryan did a wonderful job as always. He's always professional and friendly. We have been customers of Bouldin for years and they are all great people who we fully trust to take care of our heating and air needs.

We had a new unit put in on 01/20/2025. Installers were on time, were very courteous and professional. They put in new unit in a timely manner. After completion of the job, they cleaned up the areas they had worked. Would highly recommend Mansfield sales and service

This process of getting a heat pump installed went very well. Bouldin’s communication was excellent sending text when they were heading to the house and when work was complete. I give high ratings for this but the true test will be when the system needs work during rental season, can they respond quickly so that a rental week is not lost.
