We initially called John at Sure Trac to at the time hopefully repair our garage door. When he arrived he quickly was able to tell us that it was not level of plumb and that any repairs would be temporary at best. After he left My wife and I discussed what we had been told, we decided to call John back and get a quote for a new garage door. John provided a timely and reasonable estimate. He did not pressure us into a decision in fact he provided the quote in December we had the door done March 3rd. John arrived to do the door he was professional, knowledgeable, and got right down to business. By lunch the door was up. My wife and I were so impressed we asked for cards so we can recommend him to anyone we come across. John is the owner he and his family live in the area and he is who shows

Great experience! John (Owner) is easy to communicate with and he responds quickly to messages. He is also punctual, polite and courteous. John worked around our schedule to service our garage door. John came to assist us with our finnicky garage door. He was right on time and very easy to deal with. He helped us troubleshoot and did some routine maintenance to help prevent the problem from occurring again. I would absolutely recommend using John and his company again.
