Great overall experience. I called to have our dryer fixed and they had a technician come the next day. Sherwin arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue with the dryer fairly quickly and so happy he also had the part to fix it so no waiting to have it repaired. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great service!

Sherwin from Maple Leaf came a few weeks ago and looked at our Samsung stove and ordered the required part. He arrived today for install. He was wonderful and knowledgeable and had the part installed in about 20 minutes. I have had Maple Leaf in the past for my dryer and I had the same great experience! I was a little dismayed when paying as the machine allowed for a tip. This was not mandatory whatsoever but I was taken aback as my part and install was $352.00. I do not understand why this is an option as I am certain Maple Leaf pays their technicians well, at least I would hope they do and surely compensate their employees adequately with a good review. Thank you Sherwin for your wonderful service today! Please give Sherwin the $15 bucks you were willing to give me for my review.

Booked an appointment online on Sunday. Got a call within the hour to confirm a day and time slot. The technician called the morning of my appointment to ask if he could move my time slot up earlier. He called again and advised me of his arrival within 10-15 minutes. Advised me of the amount for the service and repair. Fixed my dryer on the spot. Friendly prompt service! I would definitely use this Maple Leaf Appliance Repair again

It was easy to book an appointment. Alexandr was really professional, skilled and communicated clearly. He needed to order a part for our dishwasher and washing machine and then come back to do the repair. He tested both machines to ensure they were working correctly. The pricing seemed fair too. I will call them the next time something breaks.

I had to call Maple Leaf Appliance Repair because I had a malfunctioning oven. While it wasn’t good about the oven, the experience with Maple Leaf was very good! The technician Maple Leaf sent, Sean, was great! He arrived on time ,was knowledgeable and friendly and had done research on the possible problem with my oven so had the necessary parts to do the repair. The repair went smoothly and was completed in an efficient and timely manner!!! Overall a great experience with Sean and Maple Leaf and will definitely call them if and when I have an issue with another appliance.
