M.C. Renovation and Painting

MC Paint & Reno recently completed work on our home, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. They did beautiful work on our bathrooms and completely transformed our family room into exactly what we had envisioned. The team was always prompt and on time, and their professionalism showed in every part of the project. Doug offered excellent suggestions and brought impressive knowledge to the job. We engaged MC Renovation & Painting to renovate our condo including a kitchen facelift, changing floors, painting, and putting in a custom office. From the beginning Doug made sure to explain to us all our options, and was diligent at providing cost effective solutions. He was always immediately available to answer any questions and provide guidance. We never felt like he was trying to “upsell” us, just the opposite - it was clear his priority is that we would be happy with the end result. And we LOVE our refreshed space!!! Doug and his team just finished doing a Fabulous job installing our new flooring. We are so very happy with the end result. I would recommend and use them again. So very helpful, professional, tidy and extremely nice.

This is our second time working with Doug. What is it like, well imagine you have a really good friend that is handy with everything, and you can just call him up anytime for advice on a job. We were determined to reno our bathroom because a suspected issue ($15-$20K). Doug was excited with our idea, had a space of 3 weeks he wanted to fill for his crew, and came over with the intent of finalizing a quote and seeing the job. He walked in, told us the problem we thought we had, did not exist. And talked us out of wasting our money. He wanted the work, had a crew that could use the work, but doesn't operate the way... others may. This is the secnd time he has talked us out of a big reno, and is doing other projects for us. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Doug and his team of Frank, Jason, and Justin did a fantastic job of renovating our kitchen, bathrooms, the hardwood floors and painting both the interior and exterior of our home. We were guided through the whole process from start to finish. It included defining the scope of work, brainstorming designing ideas, selecting of materials, choosing paint colors and of course the shopping excursions. Doug was clear on the expectations, the budget, and the timelines. There were no surprises and the communication was an ongoing process.
