Maple Woods Heating

Maple Woods Heating recently installed a new furnace and A/C unit at my home. The entire team; Tom, Angela, Joe and Christy were all fantastic to work with. All communication with them was easy and prompt. Joe and Angela are an exceptional team who work hard, and well, together. They answered all my questions thoroughly and without judgement, when it was obvious I had no idea what was going on. They showed up when promised, and worked until the scheduled day’s work was done. They cleaned up each day and brought us space heaters for our one night without heat. It was very comfortable having them in the house. It was a crawl space job and they never complained. I’m so glad I called Maple Woods. They installed a new heat pump and the system, as well as their installation work, are amazing. Joe and Angela showed up on schedule and worked hard ALL DAY and into the evening to get it done right. Their attention to detail, professionalism, work ethic and positivity were outstanding. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done just right. I rarely write reviews, but Tom and his whole team really impressed me. I cannot recommend Maple Woods highly enough. If you need any HVAC work, call them first!

I recommend Tom everywhere I go! He is to the point and gets the job done RIGHT The first time. He always goes above and beyond which is how I feel about the work him and his team just did in the old farm house we r moving into. The new plumbing is a beautiful thing! Great family business, timely, friendly, professional, great communication. Joe was nice enough to come out on the weekend with his little helper, it's so good to see the next generation enjoying the trades. He got right to work, found the problem quickly, and even had a replacement part in his van, repair was excellent, and had me back up and running in under the hour. He had the courage to jump into inspecting the crawl space just from curiosity. Great great great. Couldn't recommend higher.
