They were PHENOMENAL to deal with!! We had an issue with our furnace and Jeff came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly. He was super nice and knowledgeable, and even looked over the furnace for us to make sure it didn’t need anymore service as our furnace is 10+ years old. The girl at the front desk we spoke with this morning was also great. We called around 9AM and had Jeff here by 11:30AM. After having no heat for 24 hours, their prompt response and friendly service was a godsend. We will be using them again for ALL of our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

He took the time to clearly explain the benefits of the Delta system and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting, which we really appreciated. What truly set him apart was his dedication. He went out of his way to track down and get the replacement part needed to finish the job properly, instead of cutting corners or delaying things unnecessarily. They show up when they say they will, they complete the work with excellence and professionalism, and do it all at reasonable prices. M and M Plumbing And Heating did a fantastic job. I hired them to do my Fall clean the furnace change the filter make sure everything was OK and they found an issue that had to be taken care of and within two days the part was ordered and the guys were here to install it. Very efficient very knowledgeable and very personable. I just can’t say enough on how fantastic they are. I’ve had three guys within the two visits. One to clean it and two that came out to replace and repair what was needed. Again, they did a fantastic job all 3 and today when Kasey and Samuel came out, I had lots of questions and they were able to answer them all so I could better understood what happened. I was laid up with medical issues and unable to work on my own furnace. I called first thing in the morning and the people were very pleasant and easy to work with. They had somebody here the same day by 2:00 p.m. They replaced the thermocouple in my furnace to get it up and going. The repairman was very professional and nice and the company overall I would give a 5 out of 5 rating. My only minor complaint was it did quit in the middle of the night as the thermocouple connection was not tightened and had vibrated loose losing contact. I snugged it up and it works just fine. The bill seemed to pinch on the expensive side but I don't have the full paper statement yet so I can't see the exact breakdown. Waiting to call the company on Monday when they open back up to see if maybe I can get a s
