Our daughter was having problems with her tub, shower, etc not draining. I called Maples and Terry said they should be able to get to it within a couple of days. He showed up a few hours after I called on the same day. They got right to work finding two septic tanks. One was not used anymore and they cleaned the second one including the line going to the house. Problem solved, I highly recommend them!

The crew were prompt, friendly and thorough. They knew there was another access hole and tank area in between my main tanks that previous tank pump companies either didn't know about or didn't bother with. They dug where they thought it would be and there it was. That area had never been pumped since I bought the house 24 years ago. Kudos to Maples!
