I initially found Consuelo and Jerbin through Nextdoor. They responded immediately with very fair pricing. On site they were very professional, worked quickly, and adapted well to the unique setting. Jerbin managed all the multiple ladders and changes in roof pitch like a trapeze artist. There were a few small areas of follow up that needed to be addressed and they took care of it conscientiosly without being notified more than once. I really like having Consuelo involved in the process as her personal style is to insure good communication and helps to avoid any misunderstanding of various project specifics. They are a great compliment to one another.

Maranatha painting services is top-tier. Very hardworking team. Show up every day on time ready to get the work done. Professional and friendly. A small language barrier but the wife speaks very good English so that's not a issue. First off they power washed our home. A few days later they started the work upon my request. That consisted of scraping and sanding old paint, caulking added primer where needed. Spray painted the siding. Painted the porch and rails, columns, pickets and the bricks. Painted our Shutters and the address numbers on the house. I was ready to replace the shutters and numbers but they brought them both back with a little paint.
