Marandola Fuel Service

I quit Petro years ago because they give new customers better pricing then those who have been loyal for years. In my case over 10 years. Marondola/ Casey fuel is always up front and honest. I have a payment plan that comes with a yearly furnace checkup. I wish I remembered the techicians name because as soon as he entered my house he could smell something was wrong and was extremely concerned about carbon monoxide exposure. He found that the by products of combustion were no longer being expelled outside of my house due to a fan failure. Me and my dog Bella are extremely grateful.

I always get the run around when i call to get oil. Sometimes they want me to pay upfront. I've spoken to many of other customers and they said they never had to pay upfront. I have and feel like I'm being singled out for some reason. The delivery staff are always pleasant and very respectful when in my property. I'm serious thinking of Leaving this company.

Service was excellent! Bill arrived on time to do the yearly maintenance on our boiler. He was thorough and made sure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Marandola Fuel for both delivery and service!

Several days ago, my elderly father’s furnace shut down in below freezing temperatures. He called Marandola for an emergency service and was told “we don’t make emergency calls unless you’re a prior customer for fuel delivery, and we have other calls to prioritize”. Then he received a call back saying “let’s see if we can work something out” while he’s sitting in a freezing house worrying about the pipes cracking. I had to take the day off of work, go to my father’s house, diagnose and fix the problem myself while having never worked on a furnace before. And these people think they are professionals. All of this could have been avoided by Marandola saying “we have no openings until this time on this day” if they knew how to manage a schedule and customer service properly. Knowing th

Have used Marandola for decades. They are the most friendly and accommodating oil company that I have ever dealt with & yes I have worked with others, but Marandola is #1 for maintenance and installation. They always provide excellent service, especially in emergencies.
