Michelle is great. Ray not so much. They miscut the slab to have enough for our laundry room sink. Ray told me it was my fault. He measured it. He cut it. Thankfully Michelle got involved and proposed a different granite to use and at that point I cared more about having a laundry room sink than the granite matching my kitchen 100%. Still, for what we spent, I shouldn't have had to deal with that.

Michelle and Ray are the best in the business. I’ve been collaborating with them for many years and they’re far superior to any other fabricators locally. Their knowledge and attention to detail is evident in their finished product and they’re a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t do business with anyone else.

We had My Granite Kitchen install a granite island and quartz countertops during our recent home renovation and I would not recommend using them. During the process there were 3 separate mistakes that had to be done over, including one that I had to have a separate fabricator come in and do at a cost of $1200. It started with unacceptable edges to our granite island. At first, they tried to convince me the edges were supposed to look wavy because it's a natural stone. I had a designer and another fabricator look at it and tell me it was bad and we shouldn't accept it. After some back and forth with My Granite Kitchen they finally admitted that it was incorrect and they took it back to their shop. After several days without a kitchen island, it was fixed and reinstalled. We had problems

Love my granite counter tops. Michelle and Ray did a great job. Michelle was very informative when we were picking out the slabs.
