Apparently business is so good no need to help with phone inquiries. Called and began describing problem but Mike interrupted and switched to hold. 10 minutes later listening to droning hold tunes went ahead and hung up. At least Amazon is responsive...

Brandon helped me out. Came in just asking to buy a part someone else told me I needed to replace. He brought the new part out, but also tested my old part I brought in and shared that it wasn't actually broken. He walked me through diagnosing the real problem, and made sure to get my dryer model number to make sure we had a part that would work right before selling me anything. Even afterward, he repeatedly reminded me that if it doesn't work, just to bring it back for a refund. Great service here!!

Asking for a part, provide my model number, only got rude questions about it

Not just good business but honest business if you don't know what you doing they will help best they can and won't just sell u something they make sure it's what u you need to best of there abilities I came in with a part trying to do a fix my self turns out my part was good Insted of just selling me one he tested mine and saved me 40 bucks and led me to the correct fix for my situation good honest american business 5 star from me

Called the Nashville location twice, the first guy was nice enough but the 2nd guy was just straight up not helpful. Not worth it, their website is also pretty crappy to navigate. I'd suggest copy/paste your part number online & search for it elsewhere.
