Came here to get aftermarket key fobs programmed for a 2008 Toyota Highlander. They got me in and Darron was very helpful and got both my fobs programmed fast. I highly recommend them to have your aftermarket key fobs programmed.

Went to Marie’s Lock and Safe for our replacement Subaru key fob programming. They were able to fit me in and Darron was fast and got the emergency key correctly cut. Ronnie had good stories to tell while I waited. Try them you won’t regret coming here!

Terrible customer service! We called them this morning to get locks changed for our home & they told us that they MAYBE could come but they were booked for 2 weeks. Ron said that IF they come, it would be at 1PM. We ended up calling another company afterwards that was able to help us, instead. Ron apparently called my husband's number around 230PM while he was occupied, showed up anyway & caught a huge attitude with me when I told him that we already found somebody else to help us, saying that we had an appointment made when we never did. My husband apologized for any inconvenience anyway, but Ron just yelled at him & told him that he would never come back. We would gladly NOT be customers for this company!!

In and out in 5 minutes with keys that work for super cheap. I dunno about these others experiences, but I didn't get that kinda vibe from them.

I needed a duplicate key for my 2012 vehicle. I contacted Ace Hardware and Lowe’s and Walmart. None of them could make this type of key. The woman at Lowe’s recommended Marie’s Lock and Safe. I went to Marie’s this morning. I was there maybe 5 minutes, the key was made, the customer service by Colin was friendly and efficient. I recommend this business without hesitation. Thank you to them!!!!!
