Marina Place Apartments

The apartment has been a wonderful experience for both of us. It is on the river and numerous town events within walking distance. The building is well maintained and great maintenance staff. The balconies are fantastic in any season. The appliances are relatively new and maintained. Clean and safe place for any age. The heated garage is such a plus, along with the public parking. Rolling carts are a nice bonus for groceries. The elevator is lifesaver if one wants to bypass the stairs. We don't foresee us moving any time soon! ;)

Absolutely loved living here. The only reason we moved, was because they have a lot of parades and bands across the street. Music blasting till midnight. Eric the landlord was great and almost all the tenants we’re very sweet. Very sad, going to miss this place.
