I was very disappointed with your company's service charge. I called for a gate repair and Frank from your company checked it out 20 minutes and said he could not make a repair. When I called to schedule the service call at no time I was told there is a $155.00 service fee, nor does it explain that on your website. I would have never scheduled a service call if the policy was explained to me. My wife and I feel like we've been taken advantage of, and had several individuals review the invoice and they feel it was excessive, we wanted to make sure it wasn't just our opinion or we are senile. I could understand a $50.00 service fee, but a $155.00 charge to tell me it doesn't work, REALLY. I'm sorry I don't agree with your charge and don't expect you to do anything other than cash our check.
