I have had nothing but problems with our basement. Tried to get things fixed years ago and was ghosted. Here I am 15 years later with the remnants of shoddy work and a sinking foundation. The floor slab has settled about an inch and a half over the years and figured out there is water standing beneath the slab (likely the culprit but they also did the drainage-or lack thereof).
