Quality of shed seems to hold up well, however the owner, Don, doesn’t seem to really care about anything else after the sale is made. Was a really nice guy before purchasing. However after I notified him of our yard being torn up by whatever machine they used to transport the shed, as well as destroying my gravel slab, I’ve not received any communication. Property damage doesn’t seem to be any priority with the company. If you’re looking for a decent shed, sure. If you’re looking for a company that cares for your property, I’d look elsewhere.

Process went smoothly from start to finish. We sat down and designed the shed exactly how i wanted. I was not rushed, he took his time to go over all the options. I needed some flexibility on delivery and they worked with me. It's in place and looks great. I couldn't be happier.

The guy that delivered our shed was very professional and did an amazing job! He was very confident in what he was doing which is also very reassuring! The shed was much bigger in person lol but we absolutely love it and don’t regret our decision one bit.

The shed is really nice but I’m sorry the delivery service was awful. Instead of walking around the yard and checking for wet areas he drove his big truck and trailer all thru my backyard and than tried to make a big circle but his truck and trailer was buried and than he had to call a tow truck to get out. Not once have I heard from anybody about fixing my yard or at the very least say sorry. Never will I ever go back there and I’ll make sure I tell everyone not to buy from them.

The company which you pay your payment to Salem Buildings in Murfreesboro TN is incompetent!! I have been paying my payments for over a year from the same account. I received a return check fee from them but not the bank! I spoke to the bank and Salem Building by 3 way call my bank informed them that a check was never cashed or attempted by them! If it was a return check the bank would have charged i fee as well! The bank did not!! Their manager was suppose to take care of this as it appeared to be a issue on there end! Never received a follow up call but only continued late fees from them on a payment that I attempted to pay but apparently their company can't cash a check! I've called them and no one will call me back!!!
