Champion Electrical Services technician that came out was professional and courteous. He fixed the necessary panel, gave explanation for the reason why it went out and even quoted us for some work we want done in the future. We called them the day before and they were able to book a quick and easy appointment. A competitor in the area gave us 10 days out and that was just not going to work. If I need electrical service, I will definitely turn to Champion Electrical Services first.

The electrician was polite and professional, and he described everything he did in a way that I could comprehend. As a business, I'd want to commend Champion Electrical Services on their excellent communication throughout the process, from scheduling an appointment to receiving notification that a technician is on the way, to receiving exact pricing on the estimate of work. Didn't show up for an appointment and didn't bother calling me notifying me the technician wouldn't make it. I called them the next morning asking and they offerered me an appointment 5 days later, no effort in trying to make it right by coming asap on an important project. Super unprofessional id stay away if you have a time sensitive project.
