Lived in theTunnel Hill apartments and was charged nearly $200 extra dollars for things that I was never informed about after I moved out. I wasn't asked to sign an inspection form, so I had no idea they were going to charge me any additional fees. THREE MONTHS after I moved out I received an invoice and was told I had to pay it with no exceptions or they would turn it into collections. I'd advice people that this business will do whatever they can to get a buck.
