Horrible service by the attendant. Forced us to pay for parking after not being able to find a spot and trying to leave. Refused to open the gate to let us out and argued with us. Delaying us and all of the cars behind us. Like other people who mentioned this happening to them, this is fraud. If it happens to you report it to your credit card company and submit a complaint with the city of Alexandria. The city should reconsider their parking provider for such an in demand garage that requires understanding and discretion.

Absolutely terrible experience. Drove in to park, circled around and found no parking spots. Drove back up and had to pay even though there was no parking!! We called the attendant over and argued that it was unfair, especially because they didn't close off the entrance when it was full. He said that we surpassed ten minutes so we had to pay. And then we showed him the parking ticket that it was below ten minutes. And then he proceeded to say there's nothing he can do and that we had to pay the fee. He couldn't bring the gate up. If he couldn't do that then why is he even there!? Isn't he supposed to help resolve problems like these? Don't come here.

Very central parking garage. Clean and safe. Price rates are good.
