Markey Masonry did excellent work on our concrete project in August 2023 - the original pour looked amazing. When an unexpected rainstorm damaged the fresh concrete, they responded quickly the next day to refinish the affected sections, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, by October the refinished areas started peeling in several places. When I contacted them, they explained they'd need to wait until spring to address it, which seemed reasonable. However, despite my follow-ups in March, May, and August of 2024, I've received no response, and the walkway continues to deteriorate where the refinishing was done. The original craftsmanship was great and their initial response to the weather issue was prompt and professional. It's disappointing that what started as good customer service
