Markl & Sons Cooling and Heating

I have not had the chance to use Markl and Sons Cooling and Heating for any issues yet, but if I ever do have anything come up, I will not hesitate to give them a call. I dropped my company credit card at a store a couple days ago and the owner found it and called my work right away and let them know he had it, so I could come by and get it. His honesty, kindness, and prompt effort was wonderful and genuinely appreciated. He and his staff were very friendly when I stopped by to grab it. He made what could have been a very stressful, troublesome experience much better. Thanks John!

We had such a great experience with Markl & Sons. They were recommended to us from trusted friends and now we see why. They were able to come out to us within 30 minutes of our call and had the issue fixed in a timely fashion. The technician was knowledge and professional. We will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to all who have AC needs.

Randy was quick to get to us and see what exactly we needed. He gave us 3 different options and could’ve upsold us with the size we thought we needed but did not. He even worked us in the next day since we had been without AC. Randy was on-site as well to make sure no details were missed. A big thanks to Kenny and Tim for going above and beyond making everything perfect! They didn’t stop until 7pm! They could’ve just installed it and left but they took the time to do it right! They did a great job doing my HVAC. It was hotter than Satans armpit in my house, but after they finished... We felt like we didn't have to move from Sherman after all.

Joe came out and looked at the whole unit and was helpful, professional, and answered all my questions. Ended up being a small issue but he gave me some advice to keep the unit going longer. Service call price wasn’t bad at all, and Joe wrapped it up in under a hour. Highly recommend.
