I had an appointment with an acquaintance of Marks who was not reputable but no fault on Mark. He was doing this guy a favor to give him work and he stuck Mark and I both. When I spoke to him about it, he fixed me up with no hesitation. Mark and his guy Mike went over and beyond to set it right. Mike came over on the weekend and worked very hard and what a job he did! I would recommend Marks carpet to anyone in need of flooring, and I am very much satisfied with there work. Thanks to you and Mike for a great job. So appreciative for you’re going out of your way for us.

Very positive experience with Marks Carpet and Vinyl. We live in a 2 bd condo in Massillon, and it needed a new carpet, and also new wooden flooring in our sun room. Marks 3 man crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work. Moved some of our large couches and shelves, and within a few hrs had installed our selected rug and panel floor. All 3 were personal, friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable workers! When done they cleaned up and moved the furniture back. Very impressed! My hats off to them and Marks Carpet and Vinyl.

Mark and his crew did a kitchen floor install for us. Mark was great to work with, went over all our flooring options with us. The install tech did a great job installing our new floor. The prices are great, the quality of the floor product is high end, and the entire process was smooth. I have nothing but good things to say. Check them out if you need new floors!

Mark’s Carpet has been WONDERFUL to buy carpet from, from start to finish...Mark listened to my needs... offered guidance and suggestions... Mark does his own measuring which was more accurate than the first measurements I got from a local competitor.... it was less and as a result I saved money! The installers were wonderful and even saw a big problem with my air conditioning system when they removed a register cover during the installation process... As a result a potential huge problem was averted with early intervention… Mark’s prices were very reasonable... I had gotten 2 other estimates and his was the best one...and I did not have to compromise on the quality of the carpet or padding. The installers did a awsome job, and were very polite and friendly. I will definitely use Mark's carpet again, the prices were very affordable, and we had alot to pick from. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet. ty everyone
