Mark’s cleaners has always provided excellent service to my apartment building! Desiree is extremely responsive and always helps me out when I’m in a jam with apartment deep cleans! The staff is always professional, come, prepared, take their time to make sure every detail is perfect and ready for any new tenant that is moving into my apartment! Desiree the supervisor is responsive. Julia is the leader of my in home team. She is the epitome of superior customer service. Whether a bi-weekly cleaning or a deep cleaning they do an awesome job. I have used Marks for windows and general cleaning over the years and just recently used them for a deep clean moving out of house project. Very thorough, fair pricing, efficient and the oven has never looked better! If I were staying in Ohio, I’d stick with them. Desiree is a great manager, and her crews never disappoint.
