Absolutely beautiful quartz countertops and full height back splash! Joseph was my Representative and Joel was my lead installer. I was treated with respect and kindness at every step of the way. The work was done on the day expected on time and with precision and expertise. I will definitely be calling them again when I'm ready to remodel my bathrooms. I was very happy with all the people I interacted with at MarLam. The granite countertops and backsplashes are beautiful and some problems with cabinet placement needed special attention to avoid problems with cabinet door opening. They executed this perfectly! Excellent job from beginning to end! Thank you MarLam for taking pride in your work and a job well done!

I was happy with the original service and product, but my quartz counter cracked. It took over a month to get calls returned. After they finally scheduled and remeasured to replace, I never heard from them for 4 months. Tried again and no word back for a week. DONE. I would not ever do business with them again.

Beautiful product, but poor scheduling and inconsiderate of customer's time. Can't show up when agreed, rescheduled 3x. Work is still not complete. I can't blame the GC, but he needs to consider a different sub for these jobs...one that will show up when they agree to. (Edit) I have to say that the two guys that came and installed the shower floor and walls were fantastic! I appreciate their great work. Now if their scheduling department could get their act together.

Now that the dust has settled, pun intended, I can leave my review. We knew nothing about this company, but our kitchen remodel company uses them for the quartz install. I was notified by Marlam they were ready to do our measurements after cabinets were installed. Three weeks later, they were ready to install, which was good news since we were doing dishes in the guest bathtub. I took the day off to be there for the installation, crew brings in the underlayment for the island and I immediately notice it's too long. Measured it, and instead of a 15" overhang, it's 24". How do you over measure by 9"?? Called install manager Jeff, he said he will find out what is going on and get back to me. Nothing. Found out he is gone for the day. Called the next day, was told he didn't have an answer sinc
