IF I WERE YOU I WOULD RUN THE OTHER WAY ! The worst Company... Added photos of what they left under the new roof . All still there Marlin installed my roof, since then the multitude of problems I have had are as follows: rotten wood in several areas especially the corners. The roof has been leaking since the beginning. They have been here 4 times to fix the leaking. But it continues to get worse. I have sent photos every time it rains and the rising damage it is causing. They have now stopped contacting me completely. I have called them texted them. Even went to BBB about them. As crooked as they come.

Marlin Roofing put a new roof on my home at the end of August. Fast forward.. I now need ANOTHER new roof put on due to Hurricane Ian and the poor quality of work did a number on my BRAND NEW roof. The process was extremely quick and they replaced the roof in one week.. pretty sure that’s why I need a brand new roof done now. I won’t be recommending Marlin roofing to anyone and all the recommendations I’ve already given, will be withdrawn.

Amazing, professional, fast, polite, patient… There is no words to explain enough how happy I was with their service! Denise was my agent, she was professional, she helped me so much and save a lot of money! She was always at my disposal for all my questions and concerns! I can’t appreciate enough how much this amazing people helped me with my roof after my house got damaged after Hurricane! I would give them 10 stars! Marlin Construction was recommended by my GC and though I had not heard of them and they had some negative reviews on Google, after meeting with Denise I decided to trust my instincts and hired them. I needed a “cricket” in the middle valley where we had leaks recently. They arrived when scheduled with a large crew, obtained and posted the permit and got to work, removing the roof before the end of the day and disposing of all material. The next day they replaced some damaged plywood and built the cricket. After inspection, they installed the shingles and a final cleanup. My neighbors praised their hard work and I appreciated their professionalism, timeliness and workmanship. I inspected the roof (see picture) and couldn’t have been happier. DONT GET YOUR ROOF HERE!!! I got a metal roof a couple years ago, The reason I chose them is because they came and knocked on my door and convinced me that everything would be taken care of through the insurance so I thought that was nice that I didn’t have to be in the middle. I ended up sending them 3 referrals. First off they left screws all over my yard which blew all my landscapers tires. When I tried to reach them they told me basically that it’s not their responsibility to pick up after themselves. No big deal.. Then they failed to send completed pictures to my insurance company, so they never received their final check. Obviously me as new homeowner never followed back up and neither did they.
