Always returns calls, arrives promptly as promised (or calls in advance with an explanation to adjust timing) and does neat, clean, fully functional high quality work. Will advise customer honestly on options and costs before starting work and keep customers informed as work progresses. On top of that, knowledgeable, friendly and local. I've always been impressed and never been disappointed by Marlin's.

Today was my first installation with Marlins. The entire experience was excellent from estimate to appointment. Joe was very knowledgeable about my particular issues, and gave me very fair pricing. I liked all the communication throughout the entire process- email, text, and phone calls. Joe and Justin arrived on time, and I had my kitchen drain diverted from dry well to main house drain line, and a new water heater installed. I found Marlins after doing some research and was very impressed by all the positive reviews. Marlins Water Service were a great company to work with. What turned out to be a mystery leak in my kitchen ended up being a big job! The bathtub had to be replaced and the plumbing reworked…and they did a phenomenal job! They were quick, responsive and checked in after to make sure everything was working. So then I hired them to replace the faucet and sink in my kitchen. I had a great experience with this company and Joe, my contact through the experience, responded quickly, was professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

My water system wasn’t working efficiently and was experiencing issues. Marlins answered right away and got me on the schedule within 2 days of calling. 2 gentleman showed up and were so friendly and took the time to explain the whole system and what the problem was. They also serviced my whole system and descaled my water heater. Very professional, kind and great pricing. Highly recommend!
