2 months ago my refrigerator stopped cooling, I had been going back and forth with the manufacturer had 2 other companies come out and not do anything. Finally they sent Solutions out and they had 2 separate tech come out. Both very knowledgeable, the first technician reported that the compressor was bad and a seal system tech would be back out. 2 days later they sent their seal system technician out and he replaced the compressor and recharged my unit. They were very fast and professional. I have used them in the past for my microwave not under warranty and their prices were very fair, they were very honest and upfront about the costs and if it was worth repairing or not. Its safe to say that both my micro and fridge now work perfectly with no complaints. very happy with my service and I

Our refrigerator had three different issues on three separate occasions. Each time, Omer the technician was able to solve the issue promptly. He is knowledgeable, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

This is the absolute worst company They were trying to fix my ice maker in my thermadore freezer. They technician had to come back 4 times over 3 months ( yes.. it took 3 months be ause they never anseered my calls) and kept finding new reasons why it wasnt working. He said it was in the incorrect mode, then i needed a new ice maker, then it wasnt working because of my power module,,,, After 3 months and $1300, i still had no ice. And—— they never answered my calls… i had to use other ppl’s phones for them to pick up. Eventually i got a competitor to service this and fixed it simply… he said my ice maker and power module were never the issue. Now im trying to reach out to them to discuss but they wont answer my calls ( surprise!) . I asked Thermador to intervene. Stacy at Thermado

I am waiting to hear from Martin S. with an explanation indicating that my refrigerator should be replaced since it needs two cooling parts and it is brand new. Just delivered in December. He indicated he would send it to me the next day which would have been yesterday. I mentioned it was a Saturday and he said he would definitely send it out Friday night or Saturday morning.

Covered under warranty. Martin came out first time and immediately was able to diagnose the problem. Then when he came back to repair after the parts came in he was efficient and fixed it correctly the first time. So far, so good!
