Maro's Floor Covering

I’m sorry but I am so disappointed in the job that was done in my kitchen a few weeks ago and the unprofessionalism from this company. I went with them because someone I trusted referred me to them but I should have known better when they at first took forever to follow up with me. They almost forgot about us after we paid the deposit and we had to call to book the install. The install team was inexperienced socially and professionally. Part of my trim was cut off when installing the floor and they had to return to fix it. I’m still waiting for them to come back AGAIN and address the area of my kitchen floor that feels hollow underneath and is sinking in.. will never go back once this is fixed. I will make sure it’s fixed.

Great customer service. We had carpet and gym flooring put into our basement by Maro's about 3 years ago when we first moved in. We had parts of it ripped up this summer to add in a full bathroom. We contacted Maro to see if he could repair and fix the patches of flooring and they were timely, communicative, and very fair with pricing. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with end result.

Excellent selection of products. I bought LVP, hardwood, and gym flooring. Greg is knowledgeable and highly approachable when you're looking for expert advice (intangibles that you won't get at a big-box store!).

We ordered our kitchen floor last year, in May 2022, after we removed part of the wall dividing the kitchen from dining room. It was installed in August 2022, after a few calls from us. (They did not call us to update on why it was taking so long.) We needed some help with correcting a part of the wooden floor that previously had been under the wall (it had paint on it, etc.) Even though they are a flooring company, they didn't fix it (we would have been glad to pay for that extra work), but told us how to fix it ourselves. (We are not young people.) Anyway, when the job was completed, it looked all right. So why am I writing this a year later? I had an AMAZING experience at Maro’s today! Super friendly staff, a very clean establishment, nice stock, and in a cute little spot!!! I definitely recommend Maro’s for all flooring solutions. And to think i was going to go to lowes!! Never again!! I wish you lots of business <3
