Marquis Floors

Marquis Floors were great to work with! They gave great recommendations on products. Scheduling was easy and their guys showed up in time and were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. We have another house that we are doing next and cannot wait!

Working with Marquis Floors for our basement flooring was an absolute breeze! They were incredibly helpful in explaining the different materials and providing budget-friendly suggestions. They were also super flexible, offering multiple quotes as we worked through our vision. The installers were top-notch - professional, skilled, and friendly. And the daily follow-up calls from the office during the install really made us feel at ease. I highly recommend Marquis for any flooring project you have in mind!

The install was a disaster from the start. We had to have Mr. Brett Marquis come out to repair the flooring 4 different times immediately after installing them due to improper installation. Different areas but one major area in particular. Finally after all of the repairs were finished (after 6 months of back and forth), the flooring started to buckle, crack/chip, and separate. They no longer return calls and Mr Brett is never in the office! Over $7,500 down the drain! And 18 months later I have to replace the entire floor! I do not recommend using this company. Save your money. Unfortunately they don’t deliver a quality install that last or stand by their installation.

This is the second project I have completed using Marquis Floors, and I continue to be extremely pleased with their knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Todd was present every step of the way, from the initial planning and design concept through the execution of each piece of my project. I appreciated his attention to detail, always keeping me informed with daily calls as the project progressed. I am extremely pleased with my renovated bathroom and new porcelain tile flooring.
