Do Not Rent An Apartment From These People. Horrible management. Was told something could be done about a neighbor that cranks music/TV at all hours of the day and night- only to be ghosted by the landlord, then told in person "what do you want me to do about it" with all the attitude in the world. I was threatened by these tenants, and have continued to make police complaint after police complaint about the nightly noise keeping my young child awake. Still. Nothing. Expectation of Peace? Not a thing with Marr! They'll let the person be a nuisance because they refuse to do anything else. I will be spreading the word about this horrible lack of management. If I could give a zero, I would.

After total frustrations with other plumbers, electricans, etc. decided to switch to Marrs. Theres nothing better than getting an actual person on the phone, Suzanna is great to speak too. You can tell she genuinely cares about the situation you may be in, and theres no "well will get to ya when we can" ..talk. She gets someone dispatched out to you as soon as she can. Her efforts do not go unnoticed by me. I had a hot water heater fail recently and Suzanna got a crew to me as fast as she could. Seth was awesome guy along with his coworker (sorry bro, forgot the name) but yeah, they were great, very professional and went over everything with me on what they were doing as they installed it and gave tips on how to care for my new hot water heater. We had the support beams on our front porch replaced! Justin the Renovations Supervisor and his Team did a great job! They were on time each day, provided suggestions and solutions to issues that surfaced (nothing they did), communicated well through the process and had GREAT follow up with the arrival of new materials that needed to be ordered. After years of trying to understand our tankless hot water heater and many calls to the installer (with no follow up) and local plumbers who didn't want to touch our heater, we decided to give Marr Development a call. We were given an appointment within two weeks and were pleasantly surprised when the technician (Jason) arrived. He worked on the water heater and made some adjustments and also explained how this system worked. The adjustments Jason made fixed the problem of our shower temperature going from well-water cold to scalding hot. Our shower water now stays at a consistent temperature. We are very thankful to Jason and Marr Development for their prompt, reliable and reasonable costing service to fix our problem. Thanks!!

We have been dealing with MARR Development for the past 3 years regarding a new A/C that they installed. The last 3 summers they have been to our home due to the unit not working correctly. The first year they blamed the issues on a faulty component, which is no big deal that type of stuff happens. The second year they had to replace the component because their quick fix didn’t work. The third year we scheduled a routine service in April, the service tech said everything looked great. 2 times since then the unit stopped cooling our house and I had to shut it down over night. In July they came out to look at it again and added 2 lbs of refrigerant even though there was no leak. We received a bill for over $200.00, so we paid it like responsible adults and I contacted their billing departmen
