I recently had to replace my septic system and went with Mars after getting a few bids. Mars wasn’t the lowest, and they weren’t the highest, but I felt the most comfortable with them because John’s experience was clear and stood out when working with him. Of all the professionals I talked to, John was the only one to offer a design that reused part of my current system. He also answered all of my questions and concerns with patience.

Had a tech come out in October to flush my main clean out line only to have to call & have them come back January for the same thing & pay again. The 2nd tech even said all he did was insert the camera line & everything went through. So he really did nothing but show up 2 hours after I received a text that said he was on his way *UPDATE* The 2nd tech didn't give me NO ESTIMATE!!!! before he did the NO WORK nor afterwards. As I stated to him, I was under the impression that since it was less than 90 days since the 1st visit, this would be free follow-up. He stated that soon as he inserted the camera, the waste ran right through & he NEVER used any machine. He then gave me the same price I previously paid & I said for what????? I paid him in cash & told him I'd be sure to never use your ser

My sincere thanks to Seth and crew for the excellent service they recently provided in diagnosing and correcting my sewer issues. From my first phone call to my completed project, everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Old failed yard trap removed and new clean out installed. I use Mars for all of my plumbing needs. Dustin with Mars is respectful, courteous and always on time. He does the repair and then explains what was done. I recommend Mars to my clients and friends. They have installed a water heater for me and sump pump with backup system. They have done various plumbing repairs in my home. Great, professional service!

I had to have a disconnect and reconnect done in my kitchen due to getting new counter tops, I would use Mars Plumbing again in a heartbeat, after trying to contact at least five other plumbers and getting no call back, I called them and they responded immediately.
