Marsh cabinetry has been a great addition to our Showroom. The product is a great value for our clients and the door style and finish offering is one that checks a lot of boxes! When issues arise they are quick to make correct. If you are looking for really high end custom cabinets this is not the line for you. If you are wanting a quality cabinet with a good finish with a fair price this is a great fit. This company has been a staple in High Point for many years and is still family run. Has anyone ever had a good experience with this company??? My cabinets were installed with absolutely awful door and drawer fronts. They were so bad, they did replace them, unfortunately with the same issue the first doors had. After a few weeks the seam on every corner comes apart. It's awful. The builder contacted Marsh and was told they will not repair them. REALLY???? I'm so upset they paid for them. Such sub-par workmanship. I will contact the Better Business Bureau, my state Senator, and the Attorney General's office. I'm not stopping on this one, this hurts.

I am absolutely furious after dealing with this cabinet company's abysmal work not once, but twice.If you're considering them for any cabinet installation or construction, run the other way – this place produces garbage products that fall apart faster than a house of cards, and they have the nerve to dodge responsibility like cowards. Let me break it down: We had new cabinets installed through our builder. Within just three months, the cabinets started separating at the seams – we're talking visible gaps, warping, and outright structural failure that made our kitchen look like a disaster zone. 💫Marsh cabinets and the company in general surpassed our expectations! The cabinets arrived right on time, in excellent condition, and were packaged well. From the knowledgeable sales rep who created our design with us, to the customer service thoroughly answering any questions we had, to the carpenter being happy with how easy the cabinets were to install made our experience with Marsh a 5 Star Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The cabinets are high quality and functional. The wood grain finish and color tones were also better than we were expecting. I’ve read the other reviews, and it makes me think when negative reviews were given there were possibly other issues with installation and such.
