Marshall Duct Cleaning Basking Ridge

I used to get prank calls who do duct cleaning for 100$. That price itself was an indication that it was fraud. Finally I was able to get Marshall Duct Cleaning Basking Ridge who gave me a reasonable and practical quote. I took a chance but they proved they are the best. I was so impressed with their work, professionalism etc. No complaints at all. As I have some basic knowledge of construction, house work etc. I was able to see they really did a good job for the money. I strongly recommend them for duct cleaning. It is worth more than you pay.

Terrible experience. At first I thought it would be Marshall Duct Cleaning employees but the sent sub contractors without even notifying me. When I asked the employees their company they couldn't even name it. After the service was done, they asked me to venmo them which was uncomfortable. Then I needed an invoice to send to my condo association and they sent me a generic invoice with no company header and every time I try to call Marshall Duct Cleaning they told me they have to talk to their technicians and I never get a response. Tried 3 times. Do not recommend at all, real bad customer service.

I decided to call this company for duct and dryer vent cleaning after bumping on them at my neighbor’s home and realizing that they are great and experienced guys. Greg and his assistant were very pleasant, informative and organized. No questions were left unanswered. Strongly recommended!

I called HVAC Service to fix my air conditioner and they were able to come out the same day. The repairman was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future!

Marshall Duct Cleaning tech came out to clean my dryer vent. Mike showed up early, was very personable and did a quick and excellent job. Very thorough and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I recommend him and Marshall and will use him anytime needed in the future. Magnificent work there!!!
