Marshall Heating & Air

We usually try to get Marshall Heating and Air out for our routine checks because they are pretty much the only group that we feel are honest with us about our systems… We recently we had issues with our Nest thermostat where it read indoor temp as 99 degrees and ran our A/C all night when it was 15 degrees outside 😱…We ended up trashing the Nest and installed a new thermostat… Marshall came out the next morning and double checked our installation and made sure our unit wasn’t damaged and everything was functioning properly - at no charge! Can’t recommend enough 🙏

I came across Marshall Heating & Air via the internet. They returned my phone call within minutes and setup an appointment the following week. Brad (Owner) came to my residence and gave me an honest assessment which is hard to come by these days. He stated that our crawlspace was in typical condition in comparison to most other’s he’s seen. He also stated that it wasn’t the worst crawlspace he’s seen and did not feel it was in dire shape as I (the homeowner) did. Brad gave me a couple of options ranging from French drainage system & sump, to encapsulation with dehumidifier, to moisture barrier. Mike was early for the appointment and was quick to solve the problem. Brad was very understanding of the change in installation reccomendations from 11 years ago to today and he waived the service fee to repair the flue pipe due to the minor leaking. Exceptional customer service!

Called at 5:15 on a Thursday and had a tech out the very next day. He was very informative, and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the problems left by another company.. Marshall Heating & Cooling had my house from 85° down to 70° in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone, and they will be my go to from now on. I appreciate everything.

Called multiple times to get a price on a whole new replacement system for my house. I got strung along for a few weeks with appointments that weren't kept, promises for phone calls that never happened, and ended with a random unsolicited call from another HVAC company out of King. It would've been fine if they told me they didn't want to do the job - but to string me along like that is not professional in the least.
