Jimmy came out from a family owned business and was exceptional! He taught me about our septic system and some tricks of the trade in helping it work better. He was personable and kind, even cleaning my filters for free. We've had it pumped before 3 times and we've never received any information on it. He told us where to get a new lid and told us how to fix it. Jimmy was very thorough. We will definitely use Marshall's Septic again in the future.

We have been using Marshall's since we built the house in 2003. Every 5 years per Stafford county regulations. They are always prompt and they conduct a thorough pump and flush of the septic tank and lift pump tank to the drain field. Appointment today 4-22-24 at 8 AM. Jeremy called at 7 AM and arrived 30 minutes early. The price to pump a tank has risen by almost double since 5 years ago. It's now $325.00 per tank. $650.00 for both tanks.

We’ve used Marshall’s a few times and today’s experience is just one more reason we will continue to do so. We received a notice from the county about needing to submit proof our septic had been recently pumped so we called Marshall’s to schedule service as we thought it had been a few years. When they arrived today they remembered us and who maintained our system. They knew if we had needed service our septic company would have called them. They reached out to our company and sure enough their records said our system was fine and wasn’t in need of pumping at this time. Marshall’s could have come to our home and pumped the system without letting us know any of this information but they were knowledgeable about past customers and honest about the need (or not) for their service.
